The World was a band Neil formed in 1970 after the breakup of the Bonzo Dog Band, featuring Neil (lead vocal, piano and guitar) Dennis Cowan (bass, guitar and vocals), Ian Wallace (drums, vocals), and Roger McKew (lead guitar). They released one single, Angelina, and one album, Lucky Planet.
