Idiot Bastard Band to tour

Postby Arfa » Mon May 28, 2012 5:18 pm

Ade Edmondson was on Radcliffe & Maconie's show on 6 Music this afternoon where he announced that the Idiot Bastard Band will be touring the UK in November and December.

Mabel: They will be playing Carnglaze Caverns in Liskeard in December so don't forget to take a coat and scarf with you.

Doh! I've just checked the gigs page and see that this is already old news. Ho Hum, I'll get back to what I was doing, shall I?

No worries Arfa! Thanks for the heads up.

I'm determined to catch these guys at some point....the London gig later in the year is looking the most likely as I have friends in Twickenham who want to see it too.

AAHHHHH!!!! How perfect! I can't figure out what this is... is it like an outdoor festival? Neil's so lucky he gets to see Katzenjammer! They really do seem to me kind of like girl Bonzos.

Something tells me that Katzenjammer are finally going to get their break in the UK.

Fuller version of Neil/IBB interview as broadcast on BBC Radio Scotland yesterday - including a short rendition of new song 'Everybody Come Dancing':

Im sorry but Ade and co dont do it for me (Rik Mayall was ALWAYS the funny one), I find Jupitus dull so will be giving this a miss.

Adrian has been very disrespectful and hurtful towards the other surviving members of the Bonzos and to be honest he is a has been who has resorted to tawdry ITV travel shows and awful sit coms that died a death - sometimes people need to exit stage left, and stay there!

NI should not be hawking himself around with this shower!

So its an "I'm Out" from me.
A Bloody Nice Chap, shall there be buns for tea!
